DESCRIPTION:Applications for the 2019-20 academic year have been sent to Blair County Parishes.\nThis year\, the Foundation intends to award three $500 scholarships to college students who (1) are enrolled full-time in an accredited institution of higher education\, (2) will be entering their junior or senior (third or fourth) year with (3) demonstrated financial need\, and (4) are members in good standing at a Roman Catholic Parish in Blair County excluding Saint Matthew Parish in Tyrone which has its own scholarship program.
