Established in 1999 to provide postgraduate scholarship assistance to a graduating senior girl from Bishop Guilfoyle High School who is a member of the National Honor Society and plans to attend a four-year college or university.

Established in 2007 by a generous bequest from the Estate of Father Clark to provide tuition assistance to needy students to attend Bishop McCort.

Established in 1991 to provide tuition assistance to needy students thanks to an initial gift by Mrs. Rose M. Concannon.

Established in 1993 by Donald Crum in memory of his wife, a 1960 graduate of Altoona Catholic, to provide scholarship assistance to a needy Bishop Guilfoyle senior.

John F. Curley and Leonor Cortes Curley Scholarship for Bishop McCort High School
Established in 2005 by the school administration and Curley family members in honor of Mrs. Leonor Curley.

Charles A. and Marie A. Delle Rose Endowment
Established in 1999 by the Delle Roses to provide funding for a summer work-study program for eligible students at our Diocesan high schools. Distributions also assist St. Bernard Parish of Hastings, the Diocesan Education Office, and the Misciagna Challenge Scholarship Program – current operations and endowment fund.

Ezra Ed Memorial Scholarship for Bishop McCort High School
Established in 2008 to honor Ezra Ed and provide tuition assistance to a graduating senior student attending a college or university.

Ronald J. Fiochetta Scholarship
Established in 1998 in memory of Ron "Fio" Fiochetta to provide college scholarships to senior baseball players from Blair County High Schools who exhibit Christian values, sportsmanship, leadership and a positive attitude.

James J. Fleming Memorial Scholarship for Bishop McCort High School
Established in 2002 in memory of James J. Fleming to provide a college scholarship to a senior ice hockey player from Bishop McCort High School.

Msgr. George B. Flinn Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund
Established in 2010 in his memory to provide financial assistance to students entering or continuing to attend Cathedral Catholic Academy in Johnstown.

Ronald A. Geis, Jr. Memorial Scholarship for Bishop Guilfoyle High School
Established in 2003 in memory of Ronnie Geis, a 1991 BGHS graduate who died in a motorcycle accident in 2001, to provide scholarship assistance to students currently enrolled or planning to attend Bishop Guilfoyle High School.

William E. and Leona L. George Scholarship Endowment Fund for Bishop McCort Catholic High School
Established in 2009 as a memorial gift to provide tuition assistance to worthy students entering or continuing to attend Bishop McCort Catholic High School.

Established in 2006 by the school to honor Edward Kelly, Jr., to provide tuition assistance to needy students and to utilize a generous bequest by him.

John and Catherine Kerch Memorial for St. John Parish, Summerhill
Established in 2004 by the parish to honor John and Catherine Kerch and to utilize a generous bequest from her estate.

F. B. Kolbenschlag Scholarship for Bishop Guilfoyle High School, Our Lady of Lourdes School and Hollidaysburg Catholic School
Established in 1995 to assist students attending Bishop Guilfoyle and Hollidaysburg Catholic schools, and provide funding for Catholic school students from Our Lady of Lourdes Parish.

Stanley and Clara Lasky Scholarship
Established in 2002 by Mrs. Lasky to honor her deceased husband.  The fund shall provide at least one $1,000 scholarship annually to a graduating senior at Bishop McCort High School.

Established in 1991 by the estate of Dennis J. Leasure to assist with the maintenance and expenses of the church, rectory, convent and school.

Established in 1998 through a generous contribution by Dr. and Mrs. Victor Maffucci, Jr., to fund religious, educational and charitable needs of St. Thomas Parish and Cemetery.

Established in 2002 to provide scholarship assistance to student leaders of character to enter or continue to attend Bishop McCort.

Misciagna Challenge Endowment Fund
Established in 1999 to provide annual support for additional scholarships and operating expenses for the Misciagna Challenge Scholarship Program. Started through the generosity of Mr. Anthony Misciagna, the program isa non-profit scholarship program providing assistance to motivated students in Catholic schools of the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown.

Charles J. and Mildred A. Morningred Scholarship for College Students of Saint Matthew Parish, Tyrone
Established in 1995 to honor the memory of Charles and Mildred Morningred and Family and provide scholarship assistance to parishioners of St. Matthew Parish who demonstrate financial need and are juniors or seniors at an accredited college or university.

Kayla Ann Nicodemus Memorial Scholarship for St. Thomas Parish, Bedford
Established in 2007 by family and friends of Kayla Ann, who died tragically due to injuries suffered in an automobile accident in Fall 2007 during the first semester of her freshman year at Saint Francis University of Loretto.  The fund will provide scholarships to graduating high school senior altar servers to attend two-year or four-year colleges and/or universities..

Father Richard J. Novak, C.S.C. Memorial Burse for Seminarians
Established in 1993 to award the Father Richard Novak Prize annually to honor a seminarian from the Diocese who is excelling in his preparation for the Priesthood and is in financial need of support for his studies.

Suzanne (Sickler) Ohl Scholarship for College Students of Saint Matthew Parish, Tyrone
Established in 1995 to honor Suzanne (Sickler) Ohl and provide scholarship assistance to parishioners of St. Matthew Parish who demonstrate financial need and are juniors or seniors at an accredited college or university.

Established in 2008 by memorial donations and proceeds from a basketball tournament held in honor of Michael (Patch) Patcher, Jr., a former student and member of the Crimson Crushers basketball team.
